Embroidery

Embroidery can make patterns more vibrant and prominent, with the raised threads adding a three-dimensional quality and depth to the design. We start by creating a template for the pattern, then select the closest thread colors based on the design. The cost of embroidery is calculated by the number of stitches required; the more stitches or the larger the area, the higher the price. Additionally, embroidery is generally more expensive than other printing techniques.

Direct To Garment

Digital printing involves directly applying designs onto fabric using inkjet technology, similar to standard paper printers. This technique allows for intricate patterns and multi-color designs, achieving gradient effects and resulting in a softer, more breathable finish compared to screen or heat transfer printing. Digital printing works best on white fabrics; for dark or black garments, a layer of white ink is first applied to minimize color discrepancies.

Screen Printing

Screen printing, involves creating a separate stencil for each color in a design, then mixing inks to achieve the desired shades before applying them to the fabric. This method is one of the most widely used for printing uniform designs due to its vibrant colors and clear patterns. Screen printing is ideal for solid or distinctly colored designs but is not suitable for gradient patterns.

Heat Transfer

Heat transfer printing is a quick and convenient method for applying designs. In this process, the design is printed onto specially treated paper, which is then heated and pressed onto the fabric using a heat transfer machine. This technique allows for a photographic quality that cannot be achieved with screen printing or embroidery. Heat transfer printing is ideal for multi-color, intricate designs with shading and gradient effects.
